http://www.soundminer.com/assets/PT7_SM4_TXFR.mov

De plus les dernières mise à jour Flux ne font plus planter Soundminer !Its files that have malformed chunks on the end, what we've seen is some apps(including old protools) write the overview chunk wrong and that screws up. The good news is that if you have been using (v4pro 4.2)v94 or higher, whenever you embed files it fixes these issues[we did it from a space saving point of view in the soundfiles], but it makes Apple's code happy too.
The problem you'll see it that the file refuses to play(it'll throw an exception error - unable to get track, or an AUGraph setup error). And you won't be able to transfer it either.
Same issue affected Lion, so whatever they did was committed into both codebases.
The solution is to embed any files giving issues using a v4pro version built after May 10

http://codedestructor.com/v4pro/index_4.3v1.htm
Lion Compatibility
For Lion compatibility, Soundminer upgrades the local databases(still remains backward compatible) when you toggle through them. There will be a delay when this happens, but afterwards you'll be Lion compatible. Please be patient, if you many hundreds of thousands of sounds this can take upwards of 10 minutes per database.
ReWire rewrite
Uses a new Rewire engine. I've tested it in Logic, Nuendo, ProTools. If you have had problems with rewire in the past(especially with heavy sessions and getting DAE errors), we encourage you to try this new implementation. Its upwards of 90% more efficient. There is one circumstance where the first audition sometimes doesn't communicate properly and it requires relaunching SM to reset things. Once its all working through I haven't been able to get the slow down/stutter issues that some users have complained about.
Intel Only
End of life for PPC builds. Its been just over 5 years since Apple moved over to Intel machines. To ease future development and to move forward with new technologies we have decided to no longer build PPC(G5) builds. The last universal binary build was 4.2 v106.
Sur ce, j'y retourne .
