We’re introducing new additions to the Dolby Media Producer line as well as a major update to the Dolby Media Tools application. The first new product is Dolby Media Meter, for measuring the subjective loudness of dialogue in programs by postproduction and broadcast facilities. This new software loudness meter runs as both a stand-alone application or as a Pro Tools® AudioSuite or RTAS plug-in. The stand-alone and Pro Tools AudioSuite plug-in versions each work as a file-based measurement tool. The Pro Tools RTAS plug-in runs as a real-time loudness meter, allowing constant measurement and logging throughout a mixing session. All Dolby Media Meter applications will run on both Windows® and Mac platforms.
Bye.
