Fixed Bugs:

Several causes for possible crashes have been fixed
Incompatibilty between Mac and PC for the Properties settings Poly Aftertouch/MIDI Note, Linear/High Quality Interpolation, Good / Excellent (Quality)
Incompatibilty between Mac and PC for the Curve type 'Sine' in the Properties
Cut, Copy, Paste didn't work in Audio and Event Table modules
Terminal infos were not shown in the hints of Macro and Instrument ports
Ensemble context menu: Ensemble Properties did not work immediately
Drag & Drop of SD2-files over Map Editor lead to freeze
Measure CPU Usage was broken in 4.02
Audio Table didn't work after loading a .wav file
Grain Cloud module: Replace sample could cause a crash
Nuendo, OS9: redraw error (blinking)
DXi sequenced instruments were unstopable
Hanging notes with loop cycle and sequenced instruments in Logic
Pitchbend had only 7 bit resolution and a small offset
Some of the MIDI Out modules didn't work correctly or were not completely implemented


Improvements:

This update is focused on improving the CPU efficiency of Reaktor, especially on Mac.
Reduced overall CPU load due to optimized graphical drawing routine

AKAI import now available on MacOS 9 (on OSX it will be available in one of the next updates)
RTAS plugin for MacOS X (this is still a public beta)
MIDI Out modules for Start/Stop, Clock and Song Position now send events to the instrument's individual MIDI Out Port independently from Midi Clock Out in the main menu
Improved readability of the label of a selected instrument

est-ce que c'est bien stable sous osx, par rapport à la version sous os9? et sous windows?

Je n'ai malheureusement testé que sous XPPro, je ne peux donc pas apporter plus d'infos en OSX ou en OS9
Maintenant sous XPPro on gagne en stabilité avec cette version mais ce n'est pas encore tout à fait cela. (Si reaktor 3 résistait pratiquement à tout, ce n'est pas le encore cas pour la version 4...)
Attention au chargement de certains ensemble qui peuvent planter votre machine. Notamment ceux utilisant des samples un peu lourds Reaktor 4 accepte à présent le 24 bits ce qui n'était pas le cas avec la 3 et j'ai l'impresion que c'est là que réside encore certains problèmes de chargement.
Les plantages interviennent essentièlement lorsque je travaille avec un niveau de ressources utilisées très importants.
C'est une piste à suivre.
La parade sur Cubase SX. Prendre soin de bien surveiller le niveau de performance. de stoper la lecture d'une séquence si il y en a une qui tourne. de couper les pugins gourmands momentanément pendant le temps de chargement de l'ensemble en question et en général ça marche. En attendant mieux, c'est à dire des mises à jour qui assurent une parfaite stabilité
