Pour information Digidesign vient de sortir une Mbox 2 qui remplace bien sur la désormais "ancienne" Mbox.
Exit Focusrite, qui a fort à faire avec le Saffire. On aurait pu s'attendre à une participaion de M-Audio mais il n'en ai rien, du moins officiellement.
Voilà un bref résumé des caractéristiques la bête :

Au vu des caratéeristiques techniques, les convertisseurs semblent supérieurs aux précédants. Après, pour les preamps faut voir, ou plutôt ecouter...

je trouve que digidesign est comparable à quark dans le monde des graphiste.
cette société c'est positionnée comme leader à un moment donné car ils ont proposé qqchose d'interessant.
aujourd'hui?
il reste sur leur quasi monopole mais n'avance presque plus...par rapport à la jeune concurrence qui cherche le truc qui les sortira du lot (ableton live, [url=http://www.sounddesigners.org/index.php ... forum&f=33]Digital Performer[/url], melodyne...proposent des avancées qui sont aprés pompé par le geant)
mais les temps changent (du moins, je l'espere...)
