ParaMedia Studios in downtown Montreal, Canada is searching for a new addition to our Post-Production Audio for Film & TV department. This position will begin as a part-time (3 days per week) unpaid internship, working with our staff on real sessions, and if all goes well, may lead to a well paid PROTOOLS HD3 digital audio engineering and/or AVID HD video editing position in our superb facilities. This position is available ONLY to those that have at least 1 year of solid PROTOOLS audio training or experience, and are willing to handle 4 months of rigorous on-the-job technical training before a paid position may be offered to them. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that seeks a rare opportunity to advance quickly into a serious broadcast-quality audio/video production environment where technological skills and creativity are both required at all times.




REQUIREMENTS OF ALL POTENTIAL CANDIDATES INCLUDE........




1) MUST BE A CITIZEN (or current legal resident) OF CANADA. 2) MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL (Written and Spoken French & English). 3) MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERINECE OR EDUCATION IN PROTOOLS. 4) MUST HAVE A BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF DIGIAL VIDEO EDITING
